The famous Ukrainian singer  (real name – Carolina Quek) was born September 27, 1978 in the city of Kitsman, Chernivtsi region of Ukraine.

The first step to fame was the young singer’s vocal competition “Pervotsvit” in 1992, where it occupies the first place. It was at this competition Carolina fourteen signed his first contract.

She won the television contest “Morning Star” (1995), where the program’s host Yuri Nikolaev came up with Carolina stage name Ani Lorak – Carolina vice versa.

Most popular A. Lorak brings obtaining the Grand Prix at the international competition in New York “Big Apple Music – 96”. And the popular Ukrainian festival “Tavria Games 96” Ani Lorak becomes the “Discovery of the Year”.

In 1996 he published the first album of the singer, “I want to fly”, in 1998 – the album “I’ll be back.” The singer tours extensively while working on a new musical material. At the end of 2001 comes the first Ukrainian-language album “There, de ti Je” singer, a few songs from which had already become hits.

Ani Lorak – today one of the most popular and beloved singers in the Ukrainian stage. The singer asset ten albums, two singles.

On the work of the actress created a documentary music film “Ani Lorak Forever” (2000). The singer has taken the second place on “Eurovision” contest (2008).

Ani Lorak – the owner of the restaurant “Angel Lounge” in the center of Kiev.

August 15, 2009 Lorak was married to a Turkish businessman 30-year-old Murat Nalkakioglu. The pair signed for the central registry office in Kiev.
June 9, 2011 in one of Kiev’s maternity hospitals Ani was born long-awaited daughter Sofia.
