Groisman Vladimir – Ukrainian politician, which is a significant figure among the political elite of the country. To the heights of power he has come through hard work and ingenuity.
Born Groisman Vladimir Borisovich January 20, 1978 in the city of Vinnitsa. He became the first-born of his parents-Ukrainians, Boris Isaakovich and Elena Vasilyevna, who at the time of birth of her son started their business and after became a successful businessman.
Today widely discussed nationality but Groisman calls himself vinnichaninom in the sixth generation, and considers himself fundamentally a citizen of Ukraine. Childhood and school years Vladimir Borisovich passed his native Vinnitsa, where he quite successfully graduated from high school number 35.

The following 7 years Vladimir Groisman engaged in commerce, and in the late 90’s entered the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, from which he graduated in 2003 with a degree in “Jurisprudence”. In February 2010 became a magistr in “Management of development of society”, which he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
The turning point in the political biography Groisman began in 2005, when with the support of the party of Yulia Tymoshenko “BYuT” Vladimir Borisovich was elected mayor of Vinnitsa. He came to the government with the restructuring program and initiated a detsentralitsazii power in all regions of the country
With the advent of the Vinnytsia city council of young deputies, 2002 in the city gradually began to change the lights and illuminate the streets. This program has been repeatedly reinforced when Vladimir Groisman became mayor and began a project of energy conservation and maximum illumination of the city, whose implementation continues today. In 2012, Vladimir Groisman initiated the reform of public transport. Most of the taxis have been replaced by Swiss trams donated by winery Zurich. To attract passengers to use the services of trams, it was decided to grant them free “Wi-Fi”.
In 2013, Vladimir Groisman supported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has received a loan under the state guarantees for the purchase of 40 trolley buses and 30 buses, as well as the financing of the construction of the new tramway “ring”. It created a municipal bus fleet. Thus it was preserved and revived urban transport infrastructure.
Following the success of the project with equipment urban transport fleet, the Swiss Government, according to the signed memorandum, the hryvnia has allocated 170 million in assistance for the modernization of the heat supply system of the two districts of the city – Tyazhilova and Karl Marx Street.
In addition to the participation of foreign support tools have been created in the local capital city’s development. In addition to infrastructure projects, Vladimir Groisman took up the reform of the administrative system and the introduction of qualitative changes in the provision of administrative services to citizens.
In 2008 the Vinnytsia city hall for non-budgetary funds and the support of international partners, created the first “Transparent Office” to provide administrative services to the population. Deputy Prime Minister in the government Yatsenyuk
After euromaidan events hit the government Arseniy Yatsenyuk. On February 27, 2014 took the post of Deputy Prime Minister for Regional Policy and the Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
According to the most Groisman, he was offered the post of Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
During the Crimean crisis, he urged residents not to participate in the ARC illegal referendum on March 16. Soytiya in Crimea called nothing but a war of aggression and infringement of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Vladimir Groisman headed several anti-crisis directions of the Ukrainian government activity in the summer and autumn of 2014, in addition to the implementation of the decentralization of power reform.
Prime Minister of Ukraine
April 14, 2016 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed parliament speaker Vladimir Groisman head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The corresponding decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №4423 supported by 257 deputies.
The text of the decree states that MPs voted for the document, and agreed to the resignation of the prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
Decree also canceled the decision of the Parliament recognizing the work of the government Yatsenyuk unsatisfactory.
